In case of any remarks or complaints, we are happy to assist you under the following policy:

• Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or modified once confirmed.
• All pieces are produced according to the approved measurements provided at the time of order.
• We are not responsible for any size changes after order confirmation.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photos or videos of the issue are required.
• If a mistake in tailoring or production is confirmed, we will take full responsibility.
• A minor variation of 1–2 cm is considered acceptable due to handmade tailoring.
